What is solar Panel

A solar panel, also known as a photovoltaic (PV) panel, is an electronic device that converts sunlight into electricity. It consists of multiple interconnected solar cells that are made of a semiconductor material, such as silicon. When sunlight hits these cells, it causes electrons to be released and flow through an electrical circuit, producing direct current (DC) electricity.

Solar panels are a key component of solar power systems, which are increasingly being used to generate renewable energy for homes, businesses, and other applications. They are installed on rooftops, in fields, and in other locations with access to sunlight, and can be used to power a wide range of devices and appliances, including lights, refrigerators, air conditioners, and even entire homes or buildings
